To this end, we have implemented and continue to implement verification processes based on food microbiology, biotechnology, and instrumental analysis in our laboratories. These processes require extensive expertise and knowledge. Both the company founders and the academic advisors they work with have extensive experience and academic knowledge in microbiology, biotechnology, and chemistry. In addition to macrocomponent analyses of innovative foods and beverages, we can also conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses of functional components.
